PREVENTING DEPRESSION

A one day training from 9.30am to 4.30pm

The training will be held at Divine Soul Centre, Nambucca Heads on Saturday 23rd April. Cost is $115. This includes two books and notes. Payment is required to book as numbers are limited to 10 people.

I designed this training from my lived experience of how I overcame depression.

Parents, teachers and teenagers will find this course addresses the causes of depression and gives the means to prevent children and adults going into it,

This course is wholistic, which means it addresses physical, mental emotional and spiritual (meaning in life), aspects of a person. Based on the Resilience through Self Acceptance Skills training designed by social worker and counsellor Sabine Beecher, EFT for Kids, Naturopath's notes by Michelle Bevan and the book Sacred Space Within by Luise Pearson-Bernoth.
