About Luise
Author/Speaker/Teacher
Luise Pearson-Bernoth loves to sing, write and teach. She has been doing all three since childhood. She has Diplomas of Teaching in Early Childhood and Special Education. In 2016 she was President and in 2017 Secretary, for The National Federation of Healers, (Australia) an incorporated non- profit organization.

Her passion is preventing depression, focusing on children and young people. She believes that preventing depression is a team effort between parents, teachers, and community. She also believes it is essential to take a holistic or whole child approach. This means addressing the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual aspects of the child. Her purpose is to educate the team on how to prevent bullying and depression.

Her own experience of depression which began in childhood, combined with teaching skills and an abiding interest in healing, provide the basis for her understanding and ability to assist in preventing this modern epidemic.
